My name is Cassie, and I’m a recent college graduate from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My undergraduate major was in Food Science and Human Nutrition — and my specific concentration focused on food science. During my time in college, I’ve primarily worked in food microbiology and biotechnology, and will now be embarking a potential career in food product development.

Some other things about me: I’m an occasional cream puff enthusiast, trying to get back into running, and I also love music – I’m a particular fan of the classic rock genre, and I enjoy playing piano and guitar in my spare time!
